Your agreement with Safra Tourism and Travel

Website Operator & Acceptance

SAFRA TOURISM AND TRAVEL - L.L.C – SPC maintains the https://safra.io website ("Site"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and these Terms are governed by the local laws of the UAE.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

User Eligibility

  • Customer using the website who are minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  • You represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Scope of Services & Third-Party Suppliers

  • Safra acts as an intermediary platform for travel services. For flights and hotels booked through the platform, you enter into a contract with SAFRA TOURISM AND TRAVEL - L.L.C – SPC as the merchant of record.
  • For tours, activities, and other experiences, you may enter into a separate agreement directly with the third-party provider. Safra will help facilitate communication but cannot override supplier policies.

Booking Process & Confirmation

Important Booking Information

  • Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received and a confirmation is issued.
  • Once payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of receipt.
  • If confirmation cannot be issued, we will inform you and refund any amounts received.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your booking details and informing us immediately of any errors.

Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. We may also accept other card schemes (such as American Express and UnionPay) as displayed on the checkout page.
  • Security: All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store full card details.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency shown on the online transaction confirmation. The amount charged to the card will appear in your card currency as processed by your issuing bank.

Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their requested services within 24 hours, where the relevant supplier allows it.
  • Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
  • Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
  • After the initial 24 hours, or where the supplier does not permit free cancellation, the supplier's own cancellation, amendment, and no-show policies apply.
  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • Safra will assist in requesting refunds from suppliers but cannot guarantee approval where the supplier's fare/rate is non-refundable.

Pricing and Description

  • All prices displayed on Safra are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may vary based on availability, supplier policies, special offers, or currency fluctuations.
  • While we strive to provide accurate prices and descriptions, errors may occur. Safra reserves the right to correct any price or description errors and to update rates at any time without prior notice.
  • If a booking cannot be honored at the incorrect price, we will notify you and you may choose to proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

  • Safra provides the Site and services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Safra is not liable for the performance or delivery of services by third-party providers.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safra's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Safra for the booking in question.
  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://safra.io policies and rules’
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

Changes to Terms

  • The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website.
  • Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
